Delivery's 

We deliver to mainland UK Only due to restrictions of laws but please feel free to contact us as we may be able to deliver certain items to most locations our email is sales@unpackhappiness.com we will be more than happy to assist 

Returns



You have [14] days to return an item from the date you received it.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.



Your item must be in the original packaging.



A receipt or proof of purchase is required.





Non-Returnable Items



Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, personalized items, gift cards, and downloadable software products.





Refunds



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.



If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.



You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.





Shipping



You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.



If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).





Exchanges



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at sales@unpackhappiness.com 01202 879762



Activity Gift Days Out



We act as a 3rd party for Activity days out once booked we arrange all the Activity tailored to your requirements for the dates and times requested by the customer once booked with the Activity you have requested dates and times are set but we will do our best to change the dates or times within a reasonable time frame same day cancellation or changes wont be possible
